There are certainly advantages to evolving alongside other species.
Humans and dogs have evolved together for thousands of years, and it seems our furry companions may have undergone some changes along the way.
They can be a little less ferocious than their ancestors, who were known for their hunting skills.
Many people adopt dogs in the hope that they will be protectors of their homes.
However, as any other dog owner would agree, our beloved four-legged friends have lost some of their “quirks.” They acquired a certain level of innocence or lack of intelligence.
From being brave to being a bit silly, they bring us happiness in different ways.
Take this example of a dog with his dog door.
Even though the owner kept the door open, he couldn’t quite understand how to get through it
Instead of relying on his problem-solving skills (or lack thereof), the dog ended up crashing through the screen door
Some dogs even seem self-conscious. When one owner walked into a room filled with piles of pillow fluff scattered on the floor, he knew immediately he had stumbled upon a crime scene. You may ask, how long did the investigation take? It barely lasted 10 seconds. The dog in question was wandering around on his own when the owner discovered him facing a wall. If only humans were able to be so frank and honest!
Have you ever encountered a frustration-tolerant dog?
We enjoy challenging our dogs’ problem-solving abilities. This dog owner captured a video of his mixed breed Frenchie retrieving sticks from a tub filled with water.
However, there was one stick that kept falling into the sink. Thinking the container was playing tricks, the next shot showed the dog vigorously shaking the container as if he owed the dog something.
Dogs look at us differently.
Some dogs view their owners as pack leaders, service providers, or even family members. But some dogs see humans as objects or accessories.
There was a case where a dog sat on his owner’s face as if he were part of the furniture. Such blatant disrespect!
Over time, dogs lost some of their innate hunting instincts.
Nowadays, dogs simply wait for their food bowls to magically fill up while they eat. Some even go further. Pushing the limits.
Imagine yourself cooking a meal for your family when suddenly you hear the sound of a dog bowl.
Before you know it, your furry companion starts holding his bowl as if to say, “Well since I’m part of the family, this meal should be for me.”
People online have absolutely loved the mischievous behavior of these adorable dogs.
“I had a dog join me when someone played the piano. Not exactly a performance worthy of The Three Tenors but she was so excited,” one commenter shared.
“This is great! It’s a comedy with my characters. Thank you for sharing this video,” expressed another.
“I’ve been watching the videos for an hour. This is the one that made me burst out laughing. The dogs are simply incredible!” exclaimed one person.. It’s safe to say we share their love of dogs too!
Take a minute to watch how these cheerful dogs brought smiles and laughter to everyone, in the video
